Paradise Island is in the Bahamas. It shares New Providence Island with Nassau. The Atlantis Resort, a huge complex of hotels, waterparks, sporting activities and even a dolphin habitat, is the most famous on the island. Paradise Island is also the home of the Ocean Club Golf Course, offering spectacular views of the turquoise water. Atlantis guests have privileges to that course, but there are other hotel and resort options on the island as well.
One & Only Ocean Club
The One & Only Ocean Club is a quaint plantation in the middle of the Bahamas, with rooms, suites and villas. The hotel has its own spa and offers tennis, diving, sailing and windsurfing. The fitness centre has sessions that include a daily complimentary yoga class. The One & Only Ocean Club is where Paradise Island's only golf course is, an 18-hole course the flows over 71,000 yards along the ocean.

Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island
The Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island is an all-inclusive resort where meals, drinks and (most) activities are included in the price of the hotel. There is table tennis, volleyball, a swimming pool and a gym with a Jacuzzi. A diving lesson is included at no charge to guests. The Hotel Riu Palace's guests can use the Ocean Club Golf Course, but it is not included in the hotel package.

Paradise Island Harbour Resort
The Paradise Island Harbour Resort, also an all-inclusive hotel, is a good choice for the active traveler. There is snorkeling in the hotel's private lagoon, tennis, basketball, and an assortment of land and water sports. Mountain bikes are available for those who wish to explore the island. The Paradise Island Harbour Resort has 250 guest rooms. Golf is available for guests at the Cable Beach Golf Club in nearby Nassau.

Comfort Suites Paradise Island
For those on a smaller budget, there is the Comfort Suites Paradise Island. Guests can stay at this less-expensive hotel and still have use of the Atlantis Resort facilities--including tennis, waterslides, health club and golf privileges. The hotel offers rooms and suites and has its own outdoor pool. There is a restaurant and bar on the property
