Humpback Hollow Cabins
The cabins at Humpback Hollow are only a quarter-mile from a Blue Ridge Parkway entrance and near Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns and numerous waterfalls. Three cabins are available from Humpback Hollow Cabins. The Sunalee Cabin is a 200-year-old structure that has been renovated to include a wood-burning fireplace and modern conveniences such as a washer and dryer, satellite TV and a gas grill. The Sunalee sleeps seven. Fiddlesticks is a newer cabin that sleeps four and has air conditioning, a gas log fireplace and a covered porch and deck. The Conner Cottage is the more rustic lodging of the three as it's made entirely out of wormy chestnut. Conner Cottage sleeps up to six and offers guests a private rear deck with a jacuzzi tub that overlooks the mountains. Pets are allowed at all three lodgings.

Highland Hills Motel and Cabins
Guests can rent a log cabin or just a room in the log-built lodgings at Highland Hills Motel and Cabins. Cabins that accommodate groups of six to 10 have a large front porch with rocking chairs and fully equipped kitchens. A washer and dryer and whirlpool tub complete the modern amenities. Rooms at the Lodgemont Motel are available with two queen beds or a king bed, with or without fireplaces and whirlpools. Pets are not allowed in any of the Highland Hills accommodations.
