Located in the far northwest part of Austin, Lake Travis is a relaxing getaway spot to enjoy the Texas Hill Country. A number of golf courses are near the lake's shores, including Falconhead, Live Oak, Pedernales and Point Venture. Vintage Villas
Vintage Villas is located along the lake's southern shore off of Ranch Road 620, less than a mile from the Mansfield Dam Park. Each villa has its own unique style: The South Texas villa has a Southwestern design, the Central Texas villa has a Hill Country theme and the East Texas villa has Victorian decor. Each villa has a two-room suite available along with rooms with one or two queen beds or a king. Rooms include microwaves, refrigerators, wet bars and wireless Internet access; king rooms include whirlpool tubs and balconies. Hill Country breakfasts are available for all guests, and private dining for lunch and dinner is available. Holiday, Sunday and corporate package specials are available to guests.

Casa Del Sol Bed and Breakfast
This small bed and breakfast is located off of Ranch Road 620 nearby the Mansfield Dam Park on the southeastern shore and has two individual guest rooms with Southwestern furnishings. The Lavender Suite has one queen bed and one queen sofa sleeper, along with a library, videos and board games. The Golden Sun house includes a queen bed and futon loveseat along with a full kitchen. A swimming pool is on-site, along with hammocks, outdoor tables, barbecue grills, kayaks and rafts.
