Cadot
Jean-Marie Cadot's latest endeavor has been named as one of the best new Dallas restaurants of 2009 by both "D" magazine and the "Dallas Observer." Diners begin their meal with crispy calamari, sauteed escargot or smoked salmon from the appetizer menu. For the main dish, they can choose from tarragon-crusted rack of lamb, filet mignon with wild mushrooms and sauteed tilapia. If guests prefer lighter fare, Cadot's also has a great vegetarian menu that includes tasty dishes like potatoes gnocchi or linguini with asparagus. Every order on Cadot's menu can be combined with the signature tomato and roasted bell pepper soup or a fresh green salad.
