Restaurants in SE Portland
Southeast Portland, Oregon is an escape from the bustling downtown. Small neighborhoods lined with Victorian houses host numerous restaurants, offering golfers a chance to refuel and relax. With Rose City Golf Course, Broadmoor Golf Course and Salishan Lodge & Golf Resort‎ located within about five miles of the following Southeast restaurants, it does not take long to get from the course to dinner.

Bamboo Sushi

Bamboo Sushi serves fresh, sustainable sushi in a modern environment. Diners can order a yaki plate with tempura, Alaskan halibut or cod, among other seafood options. Several kobe beef dishes are also available. The sake list is staggering, taking up two full pages of the beverage menu. The cocktail list is equally impressive, boasting choices like the Paprika Cup, a concoction made with passion fruit puree, vodka, whiskey, pimms, muddled ginger and ginger ale, topped off with cucumber and paprika sugar. Bamboo Sushi is open seven days a week for dinner. Guests should expect to spend $30 and up per person. Credit cards are accepted, and the dress is casual.

Portobello Vegan Trattoria

Portobello Vegan Trattoria offers Italian inspired fare made with seasonal, local ingredients. Entrees include pasta plates like potato gnocchi with butternut squash sauce and vegetable dishes, such as portobello mushroom with swiss chard, served with whipped potatoes and olive oil. Diners can choose between small and large portions: be forewarned, even the small size is filling. Alcohol is limited to beer and wine. The restaurant is on the small side, so reservations are recommended if dining on the weekend. Portobello Vegan Trattoria is open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner. Guests should expect to spend $11 to $30 per person. Credit cards are accepted.
