Woodlands Hotels in Texas
The Woodlands is a northern suburb of Houston surrounded by lush forests. The town is home to a number of golf courses, like Spring Valley, Willow Creek and Augusta Pines, along with other parks and activities around Lake Woodlands. Most of the best hotels are near these parks and courses which are on the west side of Interstate 45 as it cuts through the town.

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott

Located near the south end of the Woodlands Mall, the Waterway Marriott offers guest rooms with one king-size bed or two double-size beds, along with junior and hospitality suites with balconies. The hotel is smoke-free and provides an outdoor pool, fitness center with cardiovascular equipment and on-site spa. The Ristorante Tuscany features Italian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner while the Acqua Lounge serves American-themed lunch and dinner.

Hilton Garden Inn Houston/The Woodlands

The Hilton Garden is one block north of the Woodlands Mall. Guest rooms offer two queen-size beds or one king-size bed, while suites can come with one or two rooms that include sitting areas, microwaves and refrigerators. The hotel offers a safety deposit box, pool and fitness center. The Pavilion Pantry Market is open 24 hours a day, a complimentary beverage area is available and breakfast is served at the Great American Grill.

The Woodlands Resort

The Woodlands resort is off of Grogan's Mill Road, within Canongate near Lake Harrison. Guest rooms can come with double-size or king-size beds and can include views of the pools or golf courses; Concierge Floor rooms include concierge service and access to the lounge. The resort features the Panther Trail and Oaks golf courses, along with tennis courts, multiple pools at the Forest Oasis Waterscape and a day spa with saunas and eucalyptus steam rooms. The Woodlands Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a patio view of the lake and Oaks course.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites The Woodlands

The Holiday Inn Express is a block south of Sawdust and Rayford, one mile south of the Woodlands CC Tournament Course. Rooms are available with single-size or double-size beds, while suites come with kitchenettes and possible Jacuzzi tubs. Analog and high-speed Internet are available, the fitness center was renovated in 2006 and is open 24 hours a day, the outdoor pool includes a whirlpool, and toys for kids are available at the pool and lobby. Complimentary breakfasts are available each day.
