While golfers do not have to pull out the big driver as often as they do on some courses, the fairways are quite narrow and there is plenty of water on the course to punish errant golfers.

You must hit a solid ball off the tee in order to get the ball to the fairway in a workable position. There are multiple hazards throughout the course, so accuracy is a must.

Silverleaf Golf Club in Scottsdale is a test for accomplished golfers, and may want to be avoided by golfers with handicaps of 18 or more. The course is a monster at 7,267 yards, and is also a par 72. The golfer must hit long and accurate drives, and the fairways are narrow and somewhat unforgiving.
