Brecon Hotels
Brecon, in Wales in the United Kingdom, has always been a market town for the area. It has more recently become a popular vacation spot, because of the river Usk which runs through it and the 1,242 walking paths of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Golfing visitors may enjoy a round of golf at the Brecon Golf Club, a nine-hole course measuring 2,738 yards. The town is host to the Brecon Castle and Cathedral, which date back to Norman times; pilgrimages were made here throughout the Middle Ages.

Brecon Castle Hotel

This championship 18-hole golf course has partnered with the Brecon Castle to allow all guests to pay green fees through the hotel. All the rooms have LCD televisions with satellite, coffee makers and free wireless Internet service. The castle also offers guests a seasonal British menu at the restaurant or entertainment in the hotel bar after a round of golf. Besides golf, the hotel has several other activities to keep guests busy. Horseback riding, fishing, shooting clay pigeons, cycling and even falconry can be set up through the front office of the hotel.
