Balboa Park
Known as the nation's largest urban park, Balboa Park offers a plethora of entertainment and family-friendly activities. Children love Mac's Kids Corner, an educational and fun-filled event held every Tuesday at San Diego Model Railroad Museum, located in the park. Other all-ages activities at the park include the public driving range at the Balboa Park Golf Complex, which is also a hotspot for fans of golf in general. Balboa Park is a cultural place with plenty of shopping and sights for adults, the young and the young at heart.

San Diego Wild Animal Park
Parents can appreciate the awesome displays of wildlife at the San Diego Wild Animal Park, and their children will enjoy a vast variety of activities as well. One exhibit in particular, known as the Hidden Jungle, is a tropical greenhouse featuring an array of exotic flora and fauna normally found in the Amazon rain forest. This exhibit is educational, fun and absolutely beautiful. The Lorikeet Landing Aviary is adjacent to the Hidden Jungle and is an entertaining walk-in aviary with brightly colored lorikeets that often land on guests' shoulders.

Sea World San Diego is much more than an aquarium with live exhibits. It is also a fully functional amusement park packed with fun rides the whole family can enjoy.
