The Alrosa Villa
The longest lasting rock club in America, The Alrosa Villa has operated under the same name and owners since the early 1970s and underwent a large expansion in 1982. A known name throughout America, Alrosa features local acts, up and comers, and large names. While The Alrosa is mostly a rock and metal venue, it also has rap acts from time to time. This property is dark, a little dirty, and mostly standing room and is better suited for hardcore live music fans.

The Treehouse
Listed as one of Esquire's "Best Bars in America" in 2007, The Treehouse describes itself as hard to find and even harder to leave. Catering to a mostly indie rock crowd, The Treehouse features local and national acts. Even if indie music isn't your thing, be sure to check this place out. The bar was built around a live silver maple tree. Seeing something this unusual is worth checking out. Open mic nights happen weekly.
