Open since 1998, Casa Nuova is a family-owned and operated restaurant. The owners, a husband and wife team, live just a few miles from the restaurant where they grow many of the ingredients for their dishes in their own backyard. Homemade garlic rolls are so popular they can be bought by the dozen. The bar offers a large selection of Italian and California Reserve wine by the glass and by the bottle, as well as martinis and beer on tap.
