Designer Restaurants in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is popular amongst vacationers for its exciting nightlife which includes casinos, live entertainment, night clubs and walking the brightly lit-up strip. One aspect of Las Vegas nightlife that is overlooked however is the designer restaurants which they have to offer that provide fine cuisine as well as exciting times during the evenings.

Cut

Cut is located in the Palazzo Las Vegas Resort and is a steak-house which is affiliated with the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dinning Group. The menu includes some of the finest steaks such as 35-day dry-aged steaks, Japanese Wagyu beef steaks and USDA prime Nebraska corn-fed steaks for patrons to enjoy. Cut specializes in steaks but also offers other alternatives on its menu including lamb chops, Kobe beef short ribs and vegetarian options such as creamed spinach and fried organic eggplant Parmesan. In total there are 220 seats for guests (160 in the dining area and 60 at the bar) to enjoy some wonderful food, relaxing drinks and an incredible night out in Las Vegas.

Picasso

Picasso can be found in the Bellagio hotel on the exciting Las Vegas strip and provides a fine French dining experience. Chef Julian Serrano has created a menu that largely contains some of France and Spain's most celebrated recipes for everything from beef to chicken to seafood and more. Some of the chef's specialties include the Lobster Salad with Apple-Champagne Vinaigrette, Pan Seared Sea Scallops and the Sautéed "A" Steak of Foie Gras. The wine cellar at Picasso is also very impressive as it contains over 1, 500 different wines for its customers to select from and enjoy during a quality meal. The walls are decorated with authentic Picasso masterpieces and a collection of his ceramic pieces which give the restaurant an even heightened sense of elegance and luxury.

Aureole

Aureole is located at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas and is a terrific designer restaurant which is run by Chef Charlie Palmer who specializes in a variety of culinary ideas from many regions in America. The sea scallop sandwiches in crisp potato crust and wood-grilled Filet Mignon with Cabernet sauce are two of the most popular and delicious dishes which Palmer has placed on the menu. The fennel steamed Alaskan salmon, roasted rack of Colorado lamb and roasted Sonoma chicken are also some of the other winners on the menu at Aureole. There is also a 42-foot tall, 14 square foot wide wine tower that holds over nine thousand bottles at an ideal temperature of 55 degrees.
