Bullhead, Arizona Hotels

It's beastly hot in Bullhead City, Arizona, during the summer, but the rest of the year, golfers in droves hit their favorite golf courses to find that one thing that will lower their scores. They play courses like Laughlin Ranch Golf Club, a nearly 7,200-yard track that opened in 2004 that plays to a par 72. Or they'll hit it at El Rio Golf and Country Club, a course that opened in 2005 that is almost as long from the back tees and also plays to a par 72. Bullhead City is right across the Colorado River from Laughlin, Nevada, where you'll find almost a dozen casinos, and its downtown boasts numerous hotels with varying services and prices.

Lodge On the River

Stay at Lodge On the River and you'll only be about 1/2 mile from the boat launch on the Colorado River, the casinos in Laughlin and the local airport. And you'll be about 10 minutes from Laughlin Ranch Golf Club. That hotel has laundry facilities for its guests as well as free coffee and vending machines. Relax in your suite with separate living and sleeping quarters where there is Internet access, a free movie channel on your cable television and various necessities to make your trip pleasant. If you intend to stay awhile, the Lodge On the River also has extended stay suites. And there are a few rooms where you can bring your cat or dog.

From the Nevada Club Inn, you will be a short walk to the Colorado River, and if you cross the river, you will see 10 casinos in Laughlin. The Mohave Valley is a favorite destination for those on vacation, and it's about 1/2 hour away, and the Laughlin Ranch Golf Club is less than 10 miles away. Enjoy a free continental breakfast each morning as well as free specialty coffee that's available in the lobby all day. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a tennis court so you can get some exercise. Bring your cat or dog with you to your room that has many amenities such as Internet access and satellite television with premium channels.

You'll be in downtown Bullhead City and its shops and fine-dining restaurants in a few minutes when you stay at Bullhead City Inn And Suites. Take a day trip to the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City that's less than 70 miles away, and explore Lakes Mead and Mohave and Davis Dam, where you can be in about 20 minutes from the hotel. And you'll only be about four miles away from El Rio Golf and Country Club. Swim in the hotel's swimming pool and ask the staff to make your golf arrangements. Your room will have Internet access and cable television among many necessary amenities.
