List of Cheap Hotels in Las Vegas
Many people gravitate to Las Vegas for their golf trips because so many great courses are located there. Others, however, choose to go elsewhere because of the perception of high expense, both to get to Las Vegas and for accommodations. Actually, nothing could be further from the truth. First, there are transportation packages galore that are relatively inexpensive. And there are numerous places where you can stay for as little as $40 per night. So you can play any one of more than 100 great courses around Las Vegas and not spend an arm and a leg.

Suncoast Hotel and Casino

The Suncoast has 10 restaurants, a multiplex theater with 16 screens, and a bowling alley with more than 60 lanes. In addition, it has a fully equipped fitness center and a comfortably heated swimming pool that you will enjoy after a round of golf. You'll stay in one of only 400 rooms in this hotel that is wired for Internet with a view of the mountains, the desert or the famous Las Vegas Strip. Prices per night at the Suncoast start at $33, so it is a very popular place to stay for people on a budget.

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino

This hotel with its close to 1,000 rooms is only a couple of blocks from the high-priced hotels on The Strip. The Gold Coast has two swimming pools and a range of restaurants that can fit your budget. Or if you choose to eat in your room after a hard day on the golf course, it offers around-the-clock room service. It also has a very popular casino that is busy all day long; and your room will have all the conveniences of the more expensive variety, including automatic checkout using your television so you save time by not waiting in line. You can stay at the Gold Coast for about $30 per night, although the cost goes up if you choose more elaborate accommodations.

The Orleans Hotel and Casino

The Orleans goes to great length to satisfy the needs of its guests, such as having a fitness center that has all the equipment, to two swimming pools, which you will find handy after a day of golf. It also has one of the largest casinos in Las Vegas where you can try your luck. When dinnertime approaches, you can choose the pricey Canal Street restaurant for a gourmet meal, have a sandwich at Subway, or pick among the 14 restaurants that are on the premises. You'll find this hotel's a steal because its rooms start at about $38 per night.
