Guests can also enjoy ocean views from the glassed-in sunroom and almost every room in the cottage. The tastefully decorated accommodations feature four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, four televisions with DVD players and stereos, wireless Internet access, a telescope, barbecue grill, sandbox with toys and use of a wheeled cart to take your beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards that are provided with the cottage down to Short Sands Beach or Long Sands Beach.
Guests receive golf privileges at Cape Neddick Country Club. Beaches, restaurants, shops, cafes and entertainment are within easy walking distance. As of 2009, rates range from $1,800 to $4,500 per week depending on the season. Three-night minimum stays may be necessary.
