Phoenix-Area Casinos

Phoenix-Area Casinos
Phoenix is the largest city in Arizona and has been the capital since it became a state in 1912. In and around the metro Phoenix area, there are several Indian reservations, which operate as sovereign nations, with their own laws and statutes. Many visitors to the Phoenix area stop into the casinos on these reservations for the legal gambling. Many of these casinos have golf courses on site as well.

Harrah's Ak-Chin Hotel & Casino‎

About a 30-minute drive south of the metro Phoenix area is the Harrah's Ak-Chin Hotel and Casino. With a hotel and pool on-site, this casino features slots, table games, keno, blackjack, poker, bingo and more. There are several golf choices nearby, including The Duke at Rancho El Dorado course in Maricopa, Arizona.

Casino Arizona‎

The two Casino Arizona locations are some of the most centrally located. Scottsdale, Arizona is known for its outstanding golf selections, as well as the FBR Open each winter. Just off the 101 freeway, with one at McKellips Road and the other at Indian Bend Road, Casino Arizona offers a full gambling experience, without having to leave town at all. In fact, the southern location off McKellips Road is less than 10 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
