The Cabins offer the guest the feel of being isolated in a dark forest all while being within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Lake George. On-site hot tub, barbeque and beautifully maintained gardens to stroll through are among the little touches that make the Whispering Pines a choice lodging option. Cabins include fully equipped kitchens, cable TV and furnished porches, and they are pet-friendly.

Rosie's Country Cabins
Located just south of the village of Lake George, Rosie's Country Cabins offer the visitor full rustic cabins in a secluded, peaceful setting. Some cabins sleep up to six people; some, too, come with with kitchenettes, hot tubs and lofts. A trolley service carries guests to and from the village of Lake George. Telephones, cable television and Wi-Fi are also included with the cabins. Pets can be accommodated once a deposit is paid.

English Brook Cottages
The English Brook Cottages are one mile outside Lake George and offer the visitor a peaceful and serene setting. Amenities at English Brook include free Wi-Fi, a heated outdoor pool, playground and basketball. All cottages have TVs, refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers; some have kitchenettes as well. There is an office phone, but no in-room phones. English Brook Cottages is a small, family-owned and -operated guest ranch, with just 12 cabins. This lodging is pet-friendly under these conditions: One dog per cottage weighing over 40 lbs. is allowed, or two under 40 Lbs. There is a $7-per-day charge for pets per cottage and a $50 deposit is collected at check-in.
