Pahio Resorts
Pahio Resorts are privately owned and managed beach villas located only five minutes from Lihue Airport. In addition to sitting on the beach front, guests will be near Lihue nightlife, shopping and restaurants. The property maintains private lighted tennis courts, barbecue and picnic areas and an exotic lagoon. The Pahio Resort also sponsors many activities, including arts and crafts for the kids, surf lessons, scuba demonstrations and a tennis clinic all free of charge. For a small fee, guests can take part in the afternoon golf scramble, a nine-hole afternoon of golf that includes a golf lesson.

The Kauai Beach Villas are an oceanfront condominium rentals. The resort sits on a quiet beachfront near Wailua Golf, one of the top municipal golf courses in the country. The resort boasts tropical garden paths, four tennis courts, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Kauai Beach Villas is close to Poipu Beach, Waimea and the Wailua River. Outdoor lovers can plan a day out sightseeing, or sit back and search the ocean for breeching whales and playful dolphins.

Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages
The Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages are comprised of eight restored sugar plantation cottages on the West coast of Kauai. Set along the beach, guests can enjoy horseshoes, swimming in the pool or in the ocean, or full spa services. While the Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages does not have golf or tennis on-site, guests are minutes from Waimea where there is an abundance of choices. There is a Brewpub on site to enjoy fine Hawaii beer while taking in the sunset.

About The Author
