Phoenician Golf Course
The Phoenician resort sits at the foot of Camelback Mountain and offers 27 holes spread across three different courses. The holes are fairly short, but the terrain features elevation changes that present quite a challenge. Depending on the course you play you are treated to terrific views of the mountain itself or the city in the distance. The high season is from October to May and you can get discounts during the low season if you are capable of withstanding the extreme heat of a Scottsdale summer. Tee times can be arranged up to 30 days in advance and cart rental is included in the greens fee.

Kierland Golf Club
Kierland Golf Club was designed by Scott Miller and serves up 27 holes of rolling greens that reward on-target drives. The sculpted fairways will even forgive errant shots by rolling them back into play. You will find a good amount of sand, but they are wide open and can be beaten by an experienced golfer. The high season is from January to April and the low season offers reduced fees. There are reduced fees during twilight and for both seniors and juniors. Metal spikes are allowed and the course allows unrestricted walking.

Grayhawk Golf Club
The Talon and Raptor courses at Grayhawk Golf Club have received accolades as the best in the state and the entire country from "Golf Magazine" and "Golf Digest." "Golf World Business" magazine honored the pro shop here as one of the 100 best in the U.S. The greens on the Talon course are noted for being very fast and the combination of tight fairways easily makes this the more difficult of the two courses at Grayhawk. The Raptor, however, features more dramatic individual holes. The high season runs from November to May and tee times can be arranged up to 30 days in advance.
