Fire NightClub and Lounge
Fire is a full dance club located amid the many restaurants, galleries and bars of Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle. Expect a young crowd, plenty of meeting-and-greeting, and blaring, throbbing dance music. Unlike neighboring D.C., Bethesda has not yet banned smoking in its restaurants and bars, which can making clubbing there an obnoxious experience for non-smokers. Fire has a non-smoking balcony, making it a good choice for smokers and non-smokers alike.

Fuzion Lounge
Formerly the Juste Lounge, this stylish euro-modern lounge and its eclectic DJ often attract a more mixed-age crowd than is common for area nightclubs, but one should still be prepared for plenty of loud music. The club often has special party nights and promotions taking place, so it is a good idea to call ahead to get an idea of what kind of music will be on that night.

Divino Lounge
This lounge and restaurant is decorated with classical Latin appointments, and would blend in nicely in cosmopolitan Buenos Aires. For those looking to mix a little Latin dance with dinner, Divino is a good choice. The lunch and dinner menus are Argentine, so expect a wide selection of charcoal-grilled steak cuts. There is also a selection of hot and cold tapas. On Fridays there is a salsa dance night, and on Wednesdays there are tango lessons.
