The increasing demand on the culinary specialties of Atlanta chefs is resulting in the emergence of new restaurants in the city with a multitude of options in cuisine. The bounty of restaurants and eateries in Atlanta reaffirms the passion from food connoisseurs of this city.

BLT steak

BLT Steak is an upscale restaurant that integrates the traditional designs of the French bistro and an American steakhouse. This expensive dining place offers a comfortable mix of old guard Southern style and new American cuisine. The place is famous for serving its complementary fantastic BLT popovers which are huge, airy and cheesy. These are as good as the hype. BLT Steak serves an outstanding variety of steaks, including Kobe and Black Angus. The steakhouse sides and beet salads taste out of this world. Serpas True Food

Atlanta chef Scott Serpas has opened his first eponymous restaurant, Serpas, based on the concept of True Food, that is, fresh food with soothing flavors. The menu is a fusion of Louisiana cooking with Asian and Southwestern ingredients. A place for innovative American cuisine, Serpas interior has a cotton blossom mural, cotton plantlike patterns on the bench seating and oyster-inlaid countertops. With contemporary artwork, the restaurant presents a very relaxed vibe. Apart from regular dinner services, Serpas also dishes up Sunday brunch. The amazing flavors of the fried oysters, duck rolls and tuna tartar will tantalize your taste buds.

Miso Izakaya

Miso Izakaya offers a new choice of sushi in town. With a smart blend of light and dark elements, it shows off a wonderful modern atmosphere with excellent service. The place is good for group visits, however it is not for children. Izakaya offers full bar service. Gyoza, Cha Gio spring rolls, Tuna Tartake and Beef Yakiniku are some of the flavorful delicacies. Miso is a special ingredient in Sho Chu, a Japanese beverage made from barley, sweet potatoes or rice.
