Atlanta chef Scott Serpas has opened his first eponymous restaurant, Serpas, based on the concept of True Food, that is, fresh food with soothing flavors. The menu is a fusion of Louisiana cooking with Asian and Southwestern ingredients. A place for innovative American cuisine, Serpas interior has a cotton blossom mural, cotton plantlike patterns on the bench seating and oyster-inlaid countertops.
