Benny Creek Campground, Apache Sitgreaves National Forest
Benny Creek Campground, near Springerville in the Apache Stigreaves National Forest, is a popular campground with amenities including grills, showers and electrical hookups. Trout fishing is ample in the nearby Greer Lakes and Colorado River. Facilities are clean, and stays are limited to 14 days. Small motor homes up to 24 feet are allowed. The grounds are about 8,200 feet above sea level.

Hoyer Campground is also a popular campground near Greer. It is within walking distance from Benny Creek Campground and serves that facility's overflow. Hoyer is one of the best in Arizona and has newly renovated (as of 2009) facilities. Although there is no electricity, the grounds are immaculate and well-kept by an on-site grounds staff.

Sunrise RV Park, Greer
Sunrise RV Park is a clean, year-round campground that offers an array of activities, such as snow skiing, trout fishing, hiking and mountain biking. The facility has 20 RV sites, on-site dining and a gift shop. Sunrise is owned and operated by the White Mountain Apache Indian Tribe.
