Tapas Restaurants in Honolulu
Tapas restaurants are great spots to unwind after a game or two of golf. Though they are traditionally Spanish-themed, many Honolulu tapas restaurants have branched out and serve small plates in a variety of cuisine styles. These eateries are designed for leisurely, lingering meals, so be prepared to spend a couple hours enjoying your food and drink. The plates are designed to share with a friend, allowing you to try more items from the often extensive menus.

Vino Italian Tapas and Wine Bar

Thirtynine Hotel

The Thirtynine Hotel regularly hosts up-and-coming bands and art instillations in its spacious interior. The restaurant features a more traditional tapas menu, serving up small plates of fresh cheeses and fruit, serrano ham-wrapped melon, frittatas and grilled shrimp each evening. The menu also offers a wide array of classic and signature cocktails, as well as beer and wine. The Thirtynine Hotel gets busy and loud late at night, when DJs are often spinning their records and the dance floor fills quickly. Early in the evening the atmosphere is more low-key. The Walter J. Nagorski Golf Course is about three miles to the northwest.
