New Restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas is a city that is always changing. Several new hotels, casinos and restaurants open every year in an attempt to keep up with the visitor tastes. Combined with the more than 50 scenic golf courses in the area, this makes Las Vegas a place you can visit over and over again without getting bored.

Andre's Restaurant and Lounge

As you walk past Andre's Restaurant and Lounge in the Monte Carlo hotel, you cannot help but be intrigued. The entrance doors are made from floor-to-ceiling glass, so you can see the entire dining room from the outside. Once you are inside and seated, try an item like macadamia-crusted scallops, escargots or abalone almondine from the appetizer menu.

For your main entree, try Andre's fresh Scottish salmon, venison loin or free-range chicken. For golfers who prefer to eat light, Andre's offers an array of crisp salads, from a traditional Caesar to an interesting pear and roquefort salad with walnuts. The side dish menu has quite a few flavorful choices, such as French onion soup or spicy crayfish bisque.

Veloce Cibo

Veloce Cibo's location at the top of the M Resort gives diners an amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip in the distance. The restaurant's best-selling entrees include grilled lobster tail, Asian-marinated New York steak and rack of lamb. Veloce Cibo's menu also offers Italian specialties like rigatoni Bolognese and raviolis stuffed with pumpkin and butternut squash.

To fill out your meal, Veloce Cibo offers scrumptious sides like sauteed mushrooms, fried rice and stir-fried eggplant. If you are ready for more after finishing your dinner, try one of the decadent desserts, which include tiramisu, white chocolate cheesecake or lemon ricotta souffle.

Lagasse's Stadium

Lagasse's Stadium at the Palazzo is one of the best places to watch sports in all of Las Vegas, with more than 100 televisions installed throughout the dining room and a main screen that is nine feet high and 16 feet wide. Kick off your meal with an item from Lagasse's array of appetizers, which includes fried Italian sausage and mozzarella balls, Creole-boiled shrimp cocktail or buffalo wings.

Emeril Lagasse's menu showcases upscale variants of classic Cajun cuisine, along with more established choices like baby back ribs, New Orleans-style crab cakes, and slow-roasted chicken. Some of the other delicious dishes include the rare barbecue pork sandwich, French dip or grilled chicken wrap with avocado.

To go with your meal, savory side orders are grilled asparagus, beer-battered onion rings or cheddar-bacon roasted potatoes. Be sure to save enough room for funnel cake, New York cheesecake or a decadent double chocolate cupcake from the dessert menu.
