Witch Creek Winery
Named for a creek in eastern San Diego County, Witch Creek Winery was started in 1993. Offering 24 handcrafted wines, Witch Creek also opens its doors for wine tastings. The label art is of note, since it features illustrations of cats, a witch's constant companion. The modestly named Dave's Pretty Good Red is a favorite and is described as being a Super Tuscan wine.

Falkner Winery
San Diego is an ideal climate for wine-making with it's warm days and cool evenings. Imagine a picturesque vineyard resplendent in life and color. Here such a vineyard also offers the opportunity to say "I do" amongst the grapes. Falkner Winery, founded by Ray and Loretta Falkner, is a labor of love created by two ex-corporate professionals. Their love of wine and wine culture led to a shift in life and careers when they opened the vineyard in 2000. They specialize in full, fruit-flavored accented wines.
