Caribbean cuisine is popular with a lot of New Yorkers since it is a fusion of American, Dutch, British, Indian and even French cuisines. The Caribbean culinary delights are as cosmopolitan as the people of New York. With rice being a staple form of main course, this cuisine also has an array of stews and curries. The food here has spicy flavoring with a sharp tanginess of lime and garlic.

The restaurant specializes in organic French Caribbean cuisine and is a perfect venue for an intimate dinner. Some of the specialties of the restaurant include Forest Mushroom Ragout served with tofu and carrots. The spicy sprouts and Caribbean beans add to the taste of this delicious dish. The Squash Bowl is filled with curry, coconut milk, chickpeas, cinnamon and seasonal vegetables. Other specialties here include the Lamb Merguez Sausages that are simmered with figs, dates and apricots served in a coconut crème fraiche.

The Sunday night special comes with French fries and option of additional sauces. Their choice of meats is perfect and is grilled to perfection.
