Alex
Alex is the creation of Allessandro Stratta, and his restaurant serves food in the style of the French Riviera. Located in the Wynn, one of the strip's most highly regarded hotels, Alex offers an impeccable five-star dining experience in an environment that is open, warm and relaxing. Suit jackets are suggested, but not required, and the restaurant feels surprisingly casual for such an upmarket establishment. Dinner is served after 6 p.m. from Wednesday to Saturday. The full tasting menu runs seven courses, with wine pairings.

Aureole
Aureole is one of the most iconic restaurants in Las Vegas, recognized for its 42-foot wine tower that holds more than 10,000 bottles, and its flying wine stewards, or "wine angels," who fly into the air on a harness to retrieve your order. The menu, developed by Charlie Palmer of the Aureole in New York City, is American progressive, featuring a smattering of continental cuisine presented in exciting ways. Tasting and sampling menus are available at a fixed price, as well as a Celebration Menu of great American food . The restaurant is open for dinner every evening until 10:30 p.m., and reservations are recommended.

Picasso
This singular dining experience at Las Vegas' Bellagio hotel offers the chance to enjoy French and Spanish influenced cuisine while taking in the works of Pablo Picasso, displayed all around the dining room. The restaurant, under the guidance of Head Chef Julian Serrano, was awarded five diamonds from AAA for eight years in a row. Dress code is business casual and the menu changes almost every day, depending on what is fresh and available. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, and reservations are strongly recommended.
