Express Fitness
Express Fitness at Main and Harwood, a mile north of Highway 183, is one of four locations in North Texas. Cardiovascular equipment and free weights are available at this facility, along with machine equipment such as stair climbers, upright lifecycles and nautilus machines. Introductory training programs are available with the on-site trainers, which involve two one-hour sessions for new members. All trainers are certified by organizations including the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. On-site babysitting services are available.

LA Fitness
This LA Fitness is located along Highway 121 near Bob Eden Park on the city's east side. Scheduled classes include kickboxing, cycling, pilates, aqua fitness, weighted workouts set to music and yoga. Competitive leagues and activities such as one-day tournaments and pro exhibitions in racquetball and recreational leagues and semi-annual tournaments in basketball are available. The "Kids Klub" babysitting service offers reading sessions, study stations, mazes and other activities for kids.

Curves can be found at Main and Midway near Midway Park. Open Monday through Saturday, the club offers strength training and cardio workout programs designed specially for women through muscle-building resistance machines and circuit coaches. The "CurvesSmart" coaching system adjusts the and training to each individual. Weight management classes and books are available from the club along with vitamins, supplements and an online subscription program for customized meals.
