Richards by the Sea
Richards by the Sea offers two styles of hotel rooms. One is a kitchenette efficiency, which sleeps up to four people with a double bed and double futon. The other is a one-bedroom suite, which sleeps up to six people with a double futon and two double beds. The one-bedroom suite contains a kitchenette. Both room styles include cable television. The Dunegrass Country Club is the nearest golf course. Richards by the Sea is near the top of the pier, allowing easy access to the beach and entertainment of the downtown area.

Sundial Oceanfront Suites
The Sundial Oceanfront suites feature views of the ocean, and each offers a kitchen, bath, cable television and access to a washer and dryer. With decent room rates, clean rooms and access to the ocean, repeat customers are common. Each suite sleeps from two to six people. The grounds feature a shared private courtyard with tables and gas grills, perfect for impromptu picnics. The Old Orchard Beach area includes many golf courses and several driving ranges like Cascade Golf Range or Westerly Wind, which also includes kid-friendly activities like miniature golf or a battling cage.
