Indianapolis Steakhouses

Indianapolis Steakhouses
When in Indianapolis, IN, otherwise known as the "Circle City," whether downtown or around in the suburbs, try one of the city's notable steakhouses for a meat lover's dinner in a comfortable atmosphere. Both locally owned and chain steakhouses populate the city. Enjoy an Indianapolis steakhouse after the game whether you're playing Smock on the south side, or Coffin on the north side, or are anywhere in between.

St. Elmo Steakhouse

St. Elmo Steakhouse in downtown Indianapolis has been continuously serving in its original historic location since 1902. Known for its shrimp cocktail with fresh horseradish cocktail sauce (not for the faint of tongue), in addition to its steaks and extensive wine list, St. Elmo offers a casual, masculine atmosphere and attentive servers. Have a drink while waiting on your table at the solid carved mahogany bar, and enjoy chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Walk to St. Elmo from several downtown hotels or from Circle Center Mall. St. Elmo Steakhouse recommends reservations.

Located seven miles from south Indianapolis' finest public golf course, Smock, and four miles from downtown Indianapolis, Bynum's serves a full bar, premium wines and beers, and encourages dinner reservations. Dress casually and relax in the traditional American western decor.
