Smart Bar
Smart Bar is a nightclub located in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. This neighborhood is home to many young post college graduates and enjoys a healthy nightlife. Smart Bar is known for the quality DJs that spin there each weekend. It is a club to go to if dancing is the primary goal of the evening. The best nights to go are Thursday through Sunday.
Smart Bar regularly charges $20 to get into the club and is stocked with a full bar. It is open from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Saturday.

Green Dolphin Street
Green Dolphin Street is a jazz club located near DePaul's campus. It attracts an older crowd as it is both a restaurant and jazz night club combined. There is live jazz music on most nights. One special event that the Green Dolphin is famous for is Boom Boom Room on Monday evenings. On these nights, the club splits into three distinct rooms with DJs spinning different types of music.
Green Dolphin Street does not charge a cover for admission if guests arrive before 9 p.m. It is $10 after 9 p.m. It is open from 6:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

Redhead Piano Bar
The Redhead Piano Bar is located in Chicago's Near North neighborhood. It is not a typical bar in that the entertainment includes a piano player that takes requests. It is a great place to go if looking for a low key evening without the hassle of dealing with a traditional night club.
The Redhead Piano bar does not charge cover. It is open from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m on every night except Saturday, when it is open until 5 a.m.
