Hagen's Restaurant
Located at the Donald Ross Course (formerly known as the Hill Course) in French Lick, Hagen's Restaurant features sandwiches, soups, salads and signature entrees, such as Roasted Salmon and BBQ Ribs. The restaurant serves dinner daily, year-round, in a casual dining room overlooking the course. Guests should check with the front desk at the French Lick Springs Hotel for current and seasonal restaurant hours. The Donald Ross Course named its restaurant after Charles Hagen who won the first PGA Championship held at the course in 1924, and who won a career total of 11 majors.

Sinclair's Restaurant
Sinclair's Restaurant at West Baden Springs Hotel offers an elegant dining experience named after the owner of the historic resort from 1888 to 1916, Lee Sinclair. Sinclair's serves dinner daily and recommends reservations. Diners sample Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio or Baked Seasonal Oysters for the first course, followed by a Chilean Sea Bass or Indiana Kitchen Pork Tenderloin entree and they can add an ala carte side like Cauliflower Gratin or Wild Mushroom Risotto. Sinclair's offers holiday packages throughout the year, like its New Year's Eve package, which includes live entertainment and a champagne toast.

T'Berry's Cafe
T'Berry's Cafe serves a traditional country breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. With most full meals priced under $15, T'Berry's Cafe attracts families and the budget-conscious traveler. For breakfast, guests enjoy steak and eggs, omelets or the Hoosier favorite sausage gravy over biscuits. At lunch, deli and grill sandwiches dominate the menu. Dinner features fried country platters, burgers and steaks.

1875: The Steakhouse
Located in the French Lick Springs Hotel, 1875: The Steakhouse takes its name from the date of the first Kentucky Derby, historically a popular sporting event for the resort's guests. The elegant restaurant features Creamy Five Onion Soup and Baked Lobster Mac 'N Cheese for starters. Traditional steaks, including a Wagyu Longbone Ribeye, as well as lamb and pork, take their place at the "Center of the Plate," accompanied by ala carte jumbo asparagus, creamed spinach or roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Reservations are recommended.
