Brasserie L'Ecole opens for dinner Tuesday through Saturday nights. Owner Chef Sean Brennan uses local, seasonal food items to prepare his menu, which is printed daily. Some of the previously featured dishes included endive salad, oysters on the half shell, salmon-deviled eggs, chicken paillard with butternut and potato au gratin, braised pork shoulder and sirloin and New York strip steaks.
