Karam's Lebanese Cuisine
Karam's Lebanese restaurant, in Seattle's Lincoln Park neighborhood, serves traditional Lebanese Mezze---small, tapas-like dishes that allow guests to sample several combinations of meats, vegetables, grains and seasonings.
Its signature garlic sauce, created by Karam's owner, is one of the most popular products in its on-site gourmet Mediterranean marketplace, where Karam's sells a variety of sauces, seasonings and other products that it uses and serves in the Lebanese restaurant.
Karam's is located 11 blocks southwest of Broadmoor Golf Course. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday and serves dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Mediterranean Express
The Mediterranean Express serves up a menu influenced by Lebanese, Indian and Greek foods. Schwarma, lamb, kabobs, prawns, fresh vegetables, curries, grape leaves, falafel, Bhaba Ghanouje, hummus, tabouli and gyros round out their selection. Guests enjoy the garlic sauce, the chicken schwarma and the falafel at this fast-food-style restaurant. The establishment has limited indoor seating but caters and offers take-out as well.

Andaluca Restaurant
Andaluca's menu consists of cuisine that spans ethnic foods originating throughout the Mediterranean. Spain and Lebanon, at opposite ends of the Mediterranean Sea, share many culinary traditions; the Spanish tradition of small appetizer-like tapas and Basque pintxo are very similar to the Lebanese Mezze.
