Located about 90 miles south of Crescent City, there are two airport options in Orlando: Orlando International and Orlando/Sanford. Among the top 25 busiest airports in the world, Orlando International (MCO) is a key hub for discount carrier JetBlue and has service from most major and discount airlines as well as most national rental-car agencies. The airport has four parallel runways, the longest of which is 12,004 feet. Nearby Orlando/Sanford Central Florida Regional Airport (SFB) handles primarily charter traffic, though it is a central Florida hub for Allegiant and some domestic carriers. Rental cars from most major rental-car agencies are available on site. The airport has two intersecting runways, the longest of which is 9,500 feet.

Located about a 90-minute drive north and west of Crescent City, the Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) is a medium-sized airport with commercial airline service from Delta and US Airways. These carriers offer direct service to key connecting airports, including Atlanta and Charlotte. Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and National rental car agencies have counters at this airport. In 2009, the airport's main runway was refurbished and a renovation of the terminal was begun. The airport has two runways, the longest of which is 7,503 feet.
