Thai Chef Restaurant
Thai Chef is a local three-restaurant chain that is taking New Jersey by storm. Created in the vision of owner and chef Veer Premon, Thai Chef offers a blend of traditional Thai and French cuisine with modern sensibilities. The atmosphere is chic and exotic. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. For an appetizer try the green papaya soup, and for a main course the panang curry is not to be missed. Thai Chef also has a sushi bar and classic French offerings like frog's legs.

Chao Phaya Thai Cuisine
Chao Phaya prides itself on serving up exciting, authentic Thai dishes in a distinct atmosphere. Sauces are made daily, and Chao Phaya strives to use the freshest ingredients available in all their dishes. The results are apparent in dishes like the delicious kane fish, which is a crispy, fried, whole fish covered in spicy Thai peanut sauce. While Chao Phaya doesn't serve alcohol, you are allowed to bring your own bottle. Reservations are recommended on the weekends.

Origin Thai
Housed in a former launderette, Origin Thai serves delicious, authentic Thai cuisine in an exotic, colonial Thai atmosphere. The menu at Origin is extensive with a good selection of standard Thai fare as well as some excellent seafood entrees done in a classical French style. Thai food is where the menu really shines, however, particularly in dishes such as the boneless, roasted Bangkok duck, which is served in a curry sauce, or the pla rad prik, which is a crispy, whole, fried fish served in garlic and sweet shallot sauce.
