Cascadia Whole Foods Bakery

Vegans looking for breakfast should visit Cascadia Bakery, as all of their baked goods are 100% vegan. Cascadia is a great place for vegan golfers to grab a muffin and a cup of coffee before hitting the course. Cascadia is also a great place for dessert or to satisfy a sweet tooth as they have a full range of cookies, cakes and brownies, all 100% vegan. The Vegan Velvet Fudge Cake is a local favorite.

Green Cuisine Vegetarian Restaurant

Green Cuisine is a completely vegan and vegetarian restaurant featuring a self-serve salad bar, a buffet-style hot bar and a dessert buffet. All of their food items have the ingredients listed so that it is easy to identify vegan versus vegetarian menu items. Green Cuisine uses all-natural sweeteners (no white sugar) and organic ingredients when possible. Try one of their freshly squeezed juices with your meal. The atmosphere is casual and friendly.

Lotus Pond

For an Asian-inspired meal, head to Lotus Pond Chinese restaurant. Lotus Pond has a daily all-vegan lunch buffet. There is also an a la carte menu featuring daily lunch and dinner specials. Lotus Pond takes a salad-bar approach with their lunch buffet--pricing is by weight instead of a flat fee. After 2:30 p.m., the buffet is 50% off. Lotus Pond uses a variety of vegetables, mock meats, glutens and soy protein fibers to create a unique menu based on Buddhist principles.

Rebar Modern Food

Rebar Modern Food is a vegan-friendly restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They serve a variety of fresh and healthy foods and popular vegan menu items include the shiitake-tofu pot stickers, marinated tempeh burritos and yam fries. Mole

Mole is a vegan-friendly restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. For raw food vegans, Mole offers a rotating menu of raw food items in addition to the standard vegan fare. Organic and/or local ingredients are used where possible. Popular vegan dishes are the coconut curry and Joe's yam wrap. Mole offers a feast for the eyes as well; the restaurant doubles as an art gallery.
