Marseille
Marseille features many of the popular dishes from its namesake city in the South of France, such as bouillabaisse and steak frites, as well as dishes with the flavors of North Africa, Italy and Greece, including tagines and pasta dishes. The menu changes, but if you have a chance to try the "crab monsieur," it might just make your eyes roll back in your head.
