Rosalie's Cucina was made famous during President Bill Clinton's administration. During the first family's vacation on Skaneateles Lake, the Clintons were regulars at Rosalie's. The house specialty is braciole--thin-sliced sirloin stuffed with bread crumbs and prosciutto and served over cavatelli in a puttanesca sauce.
