Opened in 1966 on the shores of the Colorado River, Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel and -Casino is Laughlin, Nevada's first hotel and casino. The family-friendly resort offers 24 hours of activities. Its more than 1,400 accommodation choices offer views of the Colorado River or the mountain and have cable television and in-room movies. This AAA recommended resort has 455 guest rooms, including 29 spa suites, all with free wireless Internet access. The resort has 24-hour entertainment for all ages. The swimming area has a large swimming pool with a kiddie pool and Jacuzzi and two waterfalls. Poolside dining is available. Mojave Resort Golf Club's 18-hole, par-72 course is across the street from the resort. The Kids Quest center cares for children six weeks to 12-years-old.
