Arizona Family Resorts
Arizona offers many activities and chances for recreation for families. Resorts in this Southwestern state feature golf courses that often provide junior golf clinics for the younger set. Some resorts offers extravagant swimming pool complexes that are almost better described as water parks.

Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa

This Scottsdale family resort places junior tees on the golf course so that teenagers and pre-teens can join in the fun on the links. Children receive a discounted greens fee rate when accompanied by an adult. The Hyatt Regency also offers what it terms "experiential vacations," wherein you and the kids learn things like Native American dancing, how to speak indigenous tribal languages and the chance to study native animals like reptiles and birds of prey. Other family-friendly activities include mountain bike paths, hot air balloon rides and Hummer tours. The Hyatt is ranked by Golf Magazine as one of the top 100 golf facilities in the world.
