Jean Georges Vongerichten has created an empire of fusion restaurants ranging from London, Paris, Vancouver, Las Vegas and Shanghai to New York. Le Bernardin is chef Eric Ripert's long-standing seafood superstar. The setting is quiet and refined. Ripert's seafood is sparkling, fresh, unparalleled. Eleven Madison Park

Founder Danny Meyer and current executive chef Daniel Humm have brought Eleven Madison Park back into the spotlight with four stars from the "New York Times." Chef Humm focuses on seasonal ingredients to great effect. Appetizers feature Alaskan king crab with green apple, cilantro and madras curry and tagliolini with white Alba truffles. Entrees include venison with glazed pears, mushrooms and bacon, duck with fennel and mission figs and snapper with saffron and ginger. Choose from three-course prix fixe and eleven-course tasting menus, as well as seasonal tasting menus.
