As of 2009, Continental Airlines offers flight service from the International Airport of Houston starting at 11:55 a.m. with a 2:18 p.m. expected arrival time and 1:35 p.m. with a 4:03 expected arrival time. Saturday service is limited with one departure scheduled from Newark Liberty International Airport (NWR) at 9:15 a.m. with an expected arrival time of 12:40 p.m.
American Airlines
American Airlines offers weekly international nonstop flights from Miami and Dallas. With nonstop flights every Monday, Friday and Saturday from Dallas International Airport at 12:48 p.m. with an expected arrival time of 2:40 p.m., American Airlines offers midday service. Travelers departing from Miami International Airport have a short travel time with one nonstop flight scheduled to depart at 1:00 p.m. and arrive in Belize at 1:06 p.m.
Taca Airlines
Travelers departing from Houston and Los Angeles can enjoy regularly scheduled flights to Belize City via Taca Airlines. With one daily flight departing from Houston International Airport at 2:10 p.m. and arriving in Belize at 4:35 p.m., travelers can reach Belize in less than 3 hours. Travelers departing from Los Angeles International Airport must travel via El Salvador before reaching Belize. Flights departing at 1:00 a.m., 12:25 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. respectively are available as of 2009. Layover times vary.
US Airways
With just one daily nonstop flight from Charlotte, North Caroline to Belize City, US Airways offers the fewest number of flight options as of 2009. Travelers depart from the Charlotte International Airport at 10:35 a.m. and arrive in Belize City at 1:04 p.m.
Delta Airlines
New to Belize City as of 2004, Delta Airlines offers one daily nonstop flight on Saturdays between Atlanta and Belize. Travelers depart from Atlanta at 10:30 a.m. and arrive in Belize at 12:40 p.m.
