Dyer's Burgers

If you decided not to walk the golf course, but feel the need to strain your heart in a different way, head to Dyer's Burgers for a heart attack on a bun. Dyer's Burgers was founded in 1912 when the original owner, Elmer "Doc" Dyer began deep-frying hamburgers in grease. Since the opening, Dyer's burgers have been fried in the same grease. They drain the grease daily and claim that the ageless grease is the secret to the best burgers in the U.S.A.
