Moaz
Moaz is a vegetarian Middle Eastern restaurant that offers vegetarian New Yorkers an unusual dining experience. Customers are invited to take part creating their own meal on the large salad bar that allows each patron to dress her food. At Moaz the staff prepares fresh pita bread, then hands it to the customer to go to the salad bar area to dress with vegetables and sauces. The pita has five to six falafels, leaving room for toppings to be added. Toppings on the salad bar include hummus, tomato, carrots, radishes, and cucumbers.
