Scottsdale, Arizona, is just outside of Phoenix and is home to several attractions like the Casino Arizona, Kierland Commons and Camelback Mountain. Area golf courses include the par-70 Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club course and the par-56 Mountain Shadows Golf Course. After a long day of playing a round of golf, consider dining at one of the local steakhouses.

Mastro's City Hall Steakhouse

This steakhouse provides an upscale and intimate setting with private and banquet dining for special occasions. The atmosphere includes spacial dining tables in a low-lit dining room surround by mirrors. Business attire, such as a suit and a tie, is recommended. You can also make reservations online through the restaurant's website. Steak entree highlights include the 18-oz. bone-in filet, 16-oz. New York strip steak, 18-oz. Kansas City bone-in strip steak, 24-oz. porterhouse and the 48-oz. double cut porterhouse for two. Side dishes include French-fried potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, creamed corn, sauteed mushrooms, steamed asparagus and cauliflower au gratin. The restaurant is within five miles of the Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club course.

Don & Charlie's

This steakhouse provides a casual atmosphere that has a museum feel to it with sports memorabilia all over the walls. There is also a full bar with drink specials served daily. For lunch there are burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. The dinner menu includes customer favorites like 16-oz. prime rib served with au jus, 1 lb. chopped steak a la Bud Selig with onion strings, Mumsie's chopped steak stuffed with peppers and onions and 12-oz. center-cut filet mignon. The restaurant is within five miles of the Mountain Shadows Golf Course.

BLT Steak

This steakhouse provides a casual atmosphere with a dining setting that is inspired by French bistros, including a long chalkboard menu on the wall and lounge seating. The restaurant has spacial seating in the dining area and private rooms available for special occasions. Popular steak entrees on the dinner menu include the 10-oz. hanger steak, 22-oz. rib eye, 40-oz. porterhouse for two and 28-oz. spice-rubbed cowboy rib eye. Sauces for steaks include bearnaise, roquefort, peppercorn, horseradish sauce and red wine reduction. The restaurant is also within five miles of the Mountain Shadows Golf Course.
