Once home to Denver's only commercial airport, the Stapleton area is now one of the up-and-coming urban communities creating a pattern for city living with planned residential and commercial properties. The Stapleton area, while not an actual city or suburb, is bounded by Interstate 70 on the north, Quebec and Havana Streets to the east and west and Martin Luther King Boulevard to the south. There's golfing at two local city courses, City Park and Park Hill Golf Clubs, less than 10 miles to the west, and several new restaurants for both locals and visitors.
Udi's Bread Cafe at Stapleton
Udi has achieved near legendary status in the Denver business community through its lunch catering business. With a mixture of tasty breads and unique ingredients, the company has managed to grow and whittle out a healthy chain of local restaurants, one of which is located in the Stapleton Town Center. Udi's is casual contemporary with a small outdoor patio and a breakfast and lunch menu that includes such standards as breakfast burritos and fried egg sandwiches in the mornings and French dips, reubens and a spicy jalapeno cheddar turkey sandwich for lunchtime diners. The restaurant also offers burgers, paninis, salads and sides.

Casey's Bistro & Pub
Casey's Bistro & Pub is a fairly typical establishment found in planned communities throughout the Denver area: an authentic Irish pub. From the dark woods and ornate bar back, if you didn't know it, you'd swear you were taking a break from life and found yourself in Ireland. Everything from the multiple taps, with Irish favorites like Guinness and Harp, to a menu that features both bar foods and Irish classics like Shepherd's Pie, Potato Leek Soup and Bangers and Mash, makes the experience at Casey's distinctly different from other restaurants in the Stapleton area.

Bluefin Sushi
Bluefin Sushi draws locals from around Denver who are in search of friendly surroundings and fresh fish. The business is family-owned and fairly new, yet it draws a crowd on a nightly basis. The menu is a mixture of classic sushi, with standard, tempura, vegetable and specialty rolls along with fresh, hot fish creations from the kitchen. If you're not in the mood for sushi, there's still something at Bluefin that will twirl your taste buds, like the grilled salmon, grilled sirloin or fresh Chilean sea bass served with bonito croquette in coconut broth.
