THE Steak House at Circus Circus offers delicious food in an unexpected setting. The restaurant's steaks are aged for 21 days before being marinated and grilled to order. Lobster tails, crab legs and other fresh seafood entrees also are available. Each meal comes with a salad and choice of potatoes or seasonal vegetables. On Sundays, the brunch special includes one small entree, buffet-style breakfast and lunch selections, and unlimited sparkling wine.
