With its location at the top of the Amway Grand Plaza Tower, Cyngus serves upscale American food, all while a piano plays soothing tunes in the background. Chef d' Cuisine Werner Absenger offers up dishes, which include pan fried scallop rosti for an appetizer and herb and salt encrusted lamb chops or togarashi crushed filet mignon for an entree. 1913 Room
The 1913 Room has given fine dining an updated look in Grand Rapids. Its main courses range from roasted Alaskan sablefish to filet of beef au poivre.
