The Smoke Chophouse opens Monday through Friday at 12 p.m. and Saturday at 5 p.m. Although the restaurant is know for the chops and steaks, they do serve tuna, salmon and lobster entrees prepared by the chef just the way you want it. Menu items include soups, salads, appetizers, potatoes, vegetables and surf and turf. The wine list has over 500 different wines from all over the world.
